Registration is now open. Please click here to register.
Group Discounts
Where group discounts are applicable, please send an email to the Organising Committee (via email: elf2008@ntu.edu.sg) listing the names of all the registrants of the group. Verification of each online registrant will be done before group discounts are granted.
The current Singapore Good and Services Taxes (GST) rate is 7% with effect from 1 July 2007. For more information, please refer to website URL: http://www.singaporebudget.gov.sg/budget_2007/press_release/index.html
Payment Procedures
Online payment is recommended (no receipts will be issued). The Organising Committee will inform you of the access to the online payment soon after your registration is successfully done online. For those requesting for tax invoices, please send an email to the Organising Committee (via email: elf2008@ntu.edu.sg) and provide particulars of the billing address, billing contact person, email address, telephone and fax numbers. Registrants of the same organisation are advised to give the contacts of the HR personnel as only one invoice will be sent per organisation. Kindly note that invoices will ONLY be sent via email to the billing contact person.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Organising Committee, by fax (+65 6791 1846) or email (elf2008@ntu.edu.sg). Cancellations received by 30 April 2008 will be refunded less 25% administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person from your organisation. The Organising Committee must be advised in writing, at least 3 working days prior to the conference.
